DOUX® was founded in 2006 with the aim of designing luxurious and comfortable mattress toppers. Inspired by successful bed concepts in renowned hotels, we designed a range of unique, exclusive mattress toppers.

DOUX specialises in Featherbeds (mattress toppers made of feathers and down) which are used in many top hotel chains such as Ritz-Carlton, Hilton and Sofitel.

A great night's sleep can make a stay in a hotel particularly memorable. After conducting thorough research into the bed concepts used by top hotels, we found they distinguish themselves by offering extra comfort in the form of a comfortable featherbed mattress topper.
